Mobile sized laptop or computer

Can't we create mobile sized laptop which should be expandable to laptop as we use now a days(15 - 20 inches)? It should include all features as current laptop's OS contains. Portability should be excellent. And it should have a very less power consumption and capability to recharge automatically from sun light or normal day light.
